1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Stark Industries, trading as Wedding & Events co. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our wedding and event planning services, including but not limited to consultations, design, coordination, and execution of events. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Services Offered
Wedding & Events co. provides professional wedding and event planning services in the United Arab Emirates. Our services include venue selection, vendor coordination, design and décor, timeline management, and on-day coordination. All services are subject to availability and are provided based on a written agreement or proposal signed by both parties. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or third-party vendor performance.
3. Payments and Refunds
All fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before the event date. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other methods specified in your invoice. Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the event. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the event, a refund of 50% of the total fee (excluding the deposit) may be issued at our discretion. No refunds are given for partial services or client-initiated changes after work has commenced.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your event, including guest counts, preferences, and any special requirements. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, licenses, or approvals from local authorities in the UAE. You must not engage in any conduct that disrupts our operations or violates applicable laws. You are liable for any damages caused by you or your guests to venues, equipment, or third-party property.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Wedding & Events co., including event designs, plans, mood boards, contracts, and promotional content, are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Any photographs or videos taken during your event may be used for our marketing purposes unless you expressly opt out in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law in the United Arab Emirates, Wedding & Events co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or third-party vendor failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific event in question. We are not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
